Our work is based around themes that focus on local population health and care needs. While all of them are about people and services, some are more focused on how systems and processes work together.
Information on the main areas of work are included here, however, the areas of work may change once we have consulted with local stakeholders about the NHS long term plan and the changes expected in the social care ‘green paper’.
