Join the North East London Citizens’ Panel and help us shape health services in north east London.
What does being a panel member involve?
Not too much, just filling out a short survey every month or so. We know your time is limited and valuable so we expect you’ll only need to give 20 minutes of your time each month to the panel.
The surveys will be on different health or social care topics and by filling out the survey you’ll be telling us your views and helping decision makers hear from people who live in the area.
You can fill them out on your phone or computer at a time and place that suits you, so being on the panel can fit around your other commitments.
You don’t have to complete every survey, but every time you do your voice and views are being heard and considered.
We’ll also always let you know the results of your involvement and how your feedback will be used. We may occasionally ask if panel members would like to be part of a focus group, but participation would be completely optional.

What we do with the feedback from the panel
Your feedback and involvement in the panel helps us shape our plans and local services. See the results of the surveys we have runs so far, and how we are acting on with the feedback and ideas panel members have given us.
Do I need to use NHS or social care services to join?
No. You don’t need to use health or care services at the moment, or know much about them, we want to hear from everyone in the community.
How will you use my data?
Your personal data will be held securely and not be shared with any third parties.
By signing up to the citizens’ panel you agree that your personal data can be used to send you surveys and emails that we believe you may be interested in.
Your consultation responses will be linked to the demographic information you supply when you register with the panel, but your responses will be anonymous as we use unique ID codes rather than individuals names to analyse the surveys.
