About us
The North East London Cancer Alliance was formed on the 1 April 2020, having previously been part of the North Central London Cancer Alliance.
We work with our partners below to improve cancer outcomes for the local people and to oversee the delivery of the ambitions in the north east London Long Term Plan;
- By 2028, 55,000 more people each year will survive their cancer for five years or more; and
- by 2028, 75% of people with cancer will be diagnosed at an early stage (stage one or two).
There are four programmes of work which include;
- Prevention, Awareness and Screening
- Diagnostics
- Treatment
- Personalised Care
